Hickert Consulting, incorporated in 1999, with headquarters in Clearwater, FL, is a growing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions provider for PeopleSoft® and CSS HRizon™ implementations. We provide onsite ERP consulting to large and small companies throughout the United States and have successfully completed international projects in Canada, Australia and Germany.

Our staff is our difference

As you know, today's ERP systems are very large and complex. Our focus is database engineering. Therefore, we only hire consultants with extensive Data Analysis and SQL expertise and experience. But, we don't stop there because technical expertise without excellent communication skills is of little value to you, the customer. We are committed to bringing you consultants with the people skills that will help foster teamwork that you need to successfully bring together users from many different departments while building a system that will support your entire company. With Hickert, you never have to deal with a novice, trainee or otherwise unqualified ERP consultant. Each of our consultants has more than 10 years in their discipline, whether it is software development, implementation or business analysis experience.
